About the Role
Job Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise print infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security of services. Key Responsibilities: Manage enterprise print servers, printer deployments via GPO, and driver updates, familiar with Cannon-Uniflow tools. Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for shared data. Monitor system performance and generate usage reports. Collaborate with other IT teams for integration and automation. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with data governance policies. Required Skills: Experience with DFS, SMB protocols, and enterprise print management tools. Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting. Understanding of ITIL processes and change management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. 3–6 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support.
