This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality early education in line with the EYFS, within a nurturing and inclusive environment.The setting places children's wellbeing, development, and early learning experiences at the heart of everything they do. Staff are encouraged to bring creativity, warmth, and confidence into their practice, supporting children to thrive through engaging, play-based learning.Role OverviewPosition: Early Years Educator Start Date: ASAP Location: Islington, North London Pay: £16.42 - £17.05 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 08:30am - 4:30pm Contract: Full-time, 5 days per weekKey ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's early development and learning, including:Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS frameworkSupporting children's social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learningCreating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supportedObserving, assessing, and tracking children's progress to inform next steps in learningPromoting positive behaviour and supporting children's wellbeingWorking collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high-quality early years provisionBuilding strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's developmentEnsuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all timesThe Ideal Candidate Will:Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early YearsHave a strong understanding of the EYFS frameworkHold a valid Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate (essential)Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood educationWork well as part of a team and contribute positively to the settingBe confident in supporting children's learning and development in a play-based environmentInterested in this opportunity?Please contact Alex at SANZA Teaching Agency.Reply with your updated CV, call 0207 845 6240, or email alex.frost@sanzateaching.com.If you're looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive early years setting, we would love to hear from you.
