About the Role
The Role You’ll own the frontend architecture of a security platform that processes real-time video analytics, alarm events, and access control data across enterprise clients in the Middle East. The hard part: building responsive, performant UIs that handle live data streams, complex RBAC authentication flows, and dashboards that operations teams rely on 24/7. This is a hands-on senior role — you’ll lead technical decisions, review code, and mentor other frontend engineers. About the Product The platform combines AI-powered video analytics, IoT sensor networks, and real-time alarm correlation into a unified security operations interface. It serves enterprise clients managing physical security across multiple sites. The R&D team spans six countries, and the product is scaling through its next growth phase — you’ll be shaping how operators interact with mission-critical systems. The Stack: React 18+, TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), Tailwind CSS v4, Zustand/Jotai for state, TanStack Query, Vitest + Playwright for testing. Backend is Python/FastAPI + .NET, cloud on AWS + Azure, CI through Azure DevOps. The frontend is modern with no legacy debt — your architecture decisions will define the product’s direction. What You’ll Be Doing Architect and build production-grade UIs with React and TypeScript — handling real-time data updates, large datasets, and responsive layouts Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect with RBAC Select and implement rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, client-side) based on actual performance requirements Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS v4 Own the frontend testing strategy: unit tests (Vitest), integration, and end-to-end (Playwright) Optimize performance — bundle size, Core Web Vitals, data fetching patterns Lead code reviews and mentor developers on frontend architecture decisions What We Expect Must-have 7+ years of frontend development, 5+ years with React and TypeScript in production Deep experience with Next.js App Router or TanStack Start/Router Hands-on OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect implementation Strong CSS skills (flexbox, grid, animations) + Tailwind CSS v4 Testing with Vitest/Jest and Playwright Figma-to-production workflow Advanced English (C1) — daily communication with an international team across UAE, Europe, and Middle East Nice to have React Native for cross-platform mobile WebSockets / SSE for real-time data streaming i18n and RTL layout support Keycloak or Azure AD integration Data visualization (Recharts, D3) Security dashboards or compliance applications Why This Role Is Worth Your Time You’ll own the frontend architecture of a platform that protects real organizations — security operations, not another SaaS dashboard Modern stack with real technical challenges: real-time data, complex auth flows, multi-timezone operations Full-time remote from Ukraine or Poland, with Newxel benefits (medical insurance, 20 vacation days, equipment) International environment with a team across six countries — already have a Ukraine-based engineer on the team
