About the Role
We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their PM career who is looking to develop their skills and progress within a supportive environment.
The Role
You will support the delivery of fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including:
Education
Office spaces
Industrial units
Working closely with senior project managers and site teams, you will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the management of construction and fit-out projects
Supporting programme planning, cost control, and reporting
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitoring site progress and quality standards
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
About You
Degree in Construction Management or a related construction discipline
1–2 years’ experience in a project management or site-based role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work well within a team environment
