About the Role
Office Pride is seeking a dependable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening commercial cleaning operations in the South Las Vegas and Henderson areas.
This is a working supervisory position. The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for performing cleaning duties while supervising and supporting assigned team members. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while fostering a positive team environment.

Position Overview
The Cleaning Supervisor manages nightly cleaning functions, trains and supports staff, ensures compliance with Office Pride standards, and serves as the primary point of contact between the field and management. This role combines hands-on cleaning with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Supervision
• Oversee the cleaning of assigned commercial facilities on a nightly or regular basis
• Train and cross-train new and existing employees
• Ensure employees understand alarm and disarm procedures
• Provide coaching and retraining when necessary
• Enforce Office Pride policies, procedures, safety standards, and dress code requirements
• Maintain a team-oriented atmosphere and lead by example
Operations
• Perform all cleaning duties as required
• Provide coverage for open shifts when needed
• Ensure facilities have proper supplies and functioning equipment
• Report supply shortages or equipment issues promptly
• Follow up on customer concerns in coordination with management
• Immediately report any safety or security issues
Administrative Duties
• Submit nightly reports and mileage reports
• Communicate employee issues or account concerns to the office
• Ensure proper use of the timekeeping system and report any problems
Qualifications
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning tasks for the duration of a shift
