About the Role

Social Media Lead About the role (What you'll be doing) We’re looking for a Social Media Lead to build and grow Juniper’s social presence in the UK. You'll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of all platforms in the UK. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role at the intersection of brand, performance and product. Shaping and executing our social strategy across all platforms for Juniper in the UK, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit Working closely with our Organic Content Producer to deliver engaging and high-impact social-first content Developing and maintaining our social content calendars, introducing new processes to ensure smooth coordination and consistent publishing Reporting clearly on performance, learnings and ROI, leveraging insights to evolve strategy Scheduling, publishing and managing community engagement, responding to comments in a way that reflects Juniper's tone and builds trust Building strong relationships with talent (creators, experts, ambassadors) to produce content that is closely aligned to Juniper’s brand, audience and mission Collaborating with Organic, Paid, Creative and Product teams to ensure social content travels across channels and aligns with company goals Staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and emerging opportunities in the social landscape About you (Who you are) 6+-8 years experience years experience in social roles at high-growth consumer or healthcare brands Proven ability to build and scale across social platforms, while fostering communities Strong commercial and strategic judgement across brand, performance and compliance Excellent relationship builder, comfortable working with creators, clinicians and agencies Experienced managing junior team members and building healthy, high-output teams Energised by systems, playbooks, and building structure for scale Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous, high-ownership environment
