Graduate Early Years/ Nursery Practitioners

Are you finishing up your Level 2, Level 3, or Early Years degree and ready to take that first step into a nursery setting? This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in Harlow that will help you build confidence, develop your skills, and grow your career from day one.

Whether you’ve completed placements or have hands-on experience, this setting is all about nurturing both children and staff.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 in their daily learning and routines
• Getting involved in creative, play-based activities
• Learning how to deliver the EYFS in a real-world setting
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Developing your confidence and professional skills

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has recently completed (or is about to complete) a Level 2, Level 3, or Early Years degree
• Is passionate about working with children
• Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Is reliable, caring, and proactive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
