Role Requirements Preparing accounts using a balance sheet approach for a varied client portfolio. Engaging with clients to provide support and advice, enhancing your CPD opportunities. Working with cloud-based accounting software and ensuring accuracy of financial records. Collaborating with colleagues in a positive team environment, contributing to practice initiatives and meetings. Assisting with internal projects and process improvements. Personal Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in a UK accounting practice. Proficient in preparing accounts and comfortable with balance sheet accounting. Experience with Xero or similar accounting software preferred (training provided if required). Excellent communication and organisational skills.
