This role is remote and ideally based in South America or Europe, with working hours aligned to U.S. business needs. Exceptional English fluency is required. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, while ensuring compliance and candidate quality.
