Morning Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday, $22.50/hr

Job summary: 

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for acting as a coach/leader of warehouse associates and lead by example to inspire team mates to fulfill their individual daily tasks in addition to their own. The Lead may have various responsibilities based on the specific department. This can include, but is not limited to, shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, general warehouse functions or material handling operator (Forklift operator). The Lead will backup the Supervisor as needed and serve as a bridge between the Supervisor and the floor associates.

Job Duties:

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Conduct performance and maintenance observations.
• Perform daily safety checklists
• Operate Forklift equipment such as clamp/slip; load/unload material
• Inventory cycle count
• Communicate and report any incidents to Supervisor.
• Review and analyze daily production reports.
• Serve as backup to other warehouse roles, as needed.
• Other duties may apply.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 3 - 6 months recent experience. 
• Flexible to perform other warehouse job functions, including non-equipment
• Have a great attitude and work efficiently
• Having good attendance is crucial
• Keeping a clean and organized workstation 
• Safety is extremely important, follow safety policies and guidelines
• Being available for overtime as needed
