Portland School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational assistant SENCO who is passionate about providing the very best SEND provision. You will have the belief that all young people, regardless of starting point or need will have access to the right education for them and that their needs are well met. Key aspects of the role:
Build relationships with pupils and provide necessary support within the classroom to support learners
Assist the SENCO in the deployment of the learning support assistants
Assist in the co-ordination of annual reviews of pupils
