<div> <h1><strong>IT Trainer (Digital Skills Coach)&nbsp;</strong></h1> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Manchester (Hybrid, 3 days office-based)</p> <p><strong>Travel:</strong> Occasional UK and international travel required</p> <p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full time, Monday&ndash;Friday</p> <p><strong>Contract:</strong> Fixed-Term, 12 months (with a high chance of this going permanent)</p> <p><strong>Salary: Up to &pound;53,000 + Bonus (Package)</strong></p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>A leading global professional services firm is seeking an energetic, engaging, and experienced IT TRainer (<strong>Digital Skills Coach)</strong> to join its Technology Services function. You&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in developing the digital capabilities of colleagues across the business, empowering them to work confidently and effectively using modern workplace technologies.</p> <p>Working as part of a dedicated Digital Skills Team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of high‑quality learning experiences&mdash;ranging from instructor‑led training to innovative on‑demand digital content. As the firm continues to embrace new technologies, you&rsquo;ll support key initiatives, champion digital adoption, and help embed a culture of continuous learning.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in training delivery, digital content creation, and technology adoption within a corporate environment.</p> <hr /> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Champion the use of digital technology and help raise digital capability across the firm.</li> <li>Design and deliver blended, task‑based training programmes covering core workplace technologies, legal and business applications, and Microsoft 365 tools.</li> <li>Deliver one‑to‑one coaching, classroom training, webinars, workshops and remote learning sessions.</li> <li>Produce high‑quality digital learning content including videos, eLearning modules and interactive guides using modern learning tools.</li> <li>Develop materials such as slide decks, trainer notes, handouts, job aids and SharePoint resources.</li> <li>Conduct training needs analyses, assess skills gaps, and design learning pathways for key roles.</li> <li>Evaluate learning outcomes and ensure training translates into improved performance in the workplace.</li> <li>Support training elements of technology projects, working closely with product owners and technical teams.</li> <li>Manage, publish and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS).</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to tailor training and support service improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies, digital learning trends and best practice.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong></h2> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience delivering live, instructor-led IT training to groups and individuals&mdash;in person and remotely.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience designing course content, training materials and digital resources.</li> <li>Strong capability in MS Excel and Microsoft Copilot (advanced level).</li> <li>Experience acting as Training Lead within Business or IT projects.</li> <li>Hands-on experience creating digital learning content using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Canva or similar.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Trainer qualifications (e.g., CIPD, MCT, TAP).</li> <li>Microsoft Office Specialist certification.</li> <li>Experience working with systems such as iManage, Aderant, Teams, Windows 11, mobile technologies, video conferencing tools, and cloud‑based SaaS environments.</li> <li>Experience working in a professional services or corporate learning environment.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2><strong>Key Skills</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Engaging, confident and authentic training style.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organisational levels.</li> <li>Ability to simplify complex technology concepts for diverse audiences.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Technically astute with an interest in emerging technologies and digital adoption.</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously and contribute innovative ideas to improve learning.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h2><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organised.</li> <li>Calm, pragmatic and adaptable in fast‑paced or pressured situations.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality work.</li> <li>Collaborative, supportive team player.</li> <li>Willingness to travel across UK and internationally as required.</li> </ul> </div> <p>, </p>
