About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a resilient KS3 SEMH Instructor to join a specialist setting in Lancaster. This is a short‑term maternity cover role (September to Christmas initially).
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
<ul>
<li>Delivering KS3 learning sessions to SEMH pupils</li>
<li>Supporting engagement and emotional regulation</li>
<li>Building positive relationships with learners</li>
<li>Working alongside pastoral teams</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with SEMH pupils</li>
<li>Strong behaviour management skills</li>
<li>Confident delivering sessions or interventions</li>
<li>A calm and consistent approach</li>
</ul>
