In this position, you are responsible for your product portfolio while also playing a key role in leading and developing the team. You combine strategic thinking with operational focus and work closely with sales, marketing and suppliers to drive growth.
Manage and develop your product portfolio and translate market trends into concrete opportunities
Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms
Optimise pricing, margins and stock strategies based on data and analysis
Develop business plans and actively contribute to commercial growth
Provide functional and operational leadership to the team, ensuring focus and results
Encourage collaboration, development and a positive team dynamic
Identify process improvements and turn these into actionable plans
Higher professional education (HBO level), preferably in a commercial field
At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
Experience within the AV and/or IT market is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems and data analysis
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Leadership qualities, a coaching mindset and a results-driven approach
A salary between €4,500 and €5,500, depending on experience
A variable bonus scheme and participation in the Midwich Group share option plan
