€95,000 - €105,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per Month

A leading European data centre contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Sandviken, Sweden.
 

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong Civil, Structural and Architectural experience to take ownership of key CSA work packages on a large-scale mission-critical project. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, driving programme delivery, managing quality standards, and ensuring successful execution of CSA packages from construction through to handover.
 

The Role

• Manage and coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations across assigned CSA packages.
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress, manpower levels, and programme delivery.
• Monitor project schedules in conjunction with planners, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Lead weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure all health and safety documentation is maintained and compliant.
• Manage site QA/QC activities alongside project teams and quality personnel.
• Attend site coordination meetings, engineering reviews, planning meetings, and project handovers.
• Liaise with design teams to ensure construction information is issued in line with programme requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and setting out details.
• Coordinate builders works requirements and service integration activities.
• Identify and resolve technical, design, and construction challenges.
• Produce regular project progress reports and updates.
• Work closely with commercial teams to identify, manage, and capture project variations.
• Manage CSA snagging, punch lists, and close-out activities through to project completion.
 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience within Civil, Structural and Architectural construction.
• Strong experience managing CSA work packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling, sequencing, and programme management.
• Experience managing QA/QC processes and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage both high-level project delivery and detailed technical requirements.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects within Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or Mission Critical sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
