<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Friday 5pm – Monday at 8am</p>

<p><strong>Join our team as a Weekend On-Call RN:</strong> We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide quality care to our patients over the weekends. Responsibilities include administering nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinating care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency, and participating in care coordination.</p>

<p>– Must have an active RN license in the state</p>
<p>– At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with hospice experience preferred</p>
<p>– Strong decision-making and independent working skills</p>
<p>– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</p>
<p>– Attention to detail and organizational skills</p>
<p>– Willingness to work on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays</p>
<p>– Palliation and end-of-life care skills are a plus</p>
<p>– Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance and driver’s license</p>
