Forklift Operator Manufacturing (Manufacturing forklift exp required) Jeffersonville & New Albany, IN Potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity ProLogistix is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support operations at a leading beverage manufacturing and bottling facility in Jeffersonville and New Albany. We are looking for dependable candidates with recent safe forklift experience, a strong work history, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on attendance, performance, and business needs. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment Move products, materials, and inventory throughout the facility Load and unload materials as required Support manufacturing and warehouse operations Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Follow all safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Valid forklift certification required Forklift training records must be provided before your start date Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or landscaping environments Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels Strong attention to safety and quality Stable work history with continuous employment experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to climb stairs and ladders Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Good vision and manual dexterity Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Why Apply?
