We’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead one of London’s most exciting high-volume hospitality venues in the heart of East London
This is not your standard restaurant operation. The venue is multifaceted, combining a busy restaurant, premium bar offering, live entertainment, and late-night atmosphere within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. It’s a role for a commercially minded hospitality leader who thrives in volume while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The Role
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a large, high-volume venue
- Leading and developing a sizeable management and front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences across both dining and late-night trade
- Driving commercial performance, labour management, and operational efficiencies
- Maintaining high standards across service, culture, compliance, and execution
- Working closely with senior leadership to support continued growth and success
About You
- Experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager from a high-volume hospitality background
- Confident in leading multifaceted operations with large teams
- Commercially astute with strong financial understanding
- Passionate about people development and creating positive team culture
- Calm under pressure and highly operationally focused
- Experience within premium casual dining, bars, late-night, or entertainment-led venues is highly advantageous
