<p style="text-align: center;">Holistic Industries is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and help ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. This role is a key resource for both team members and managers, partnering closely with our payroll provider to support a smooth and positive payroll experience across multiple locations.</p>

<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely pay for employees across multiple entities</li>
<li>Review and audit timesheets, partnering with managers to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance</li>
<li>Serve as the go-to resource for employee payroll questions, providing responsive support and issue resolution</li>
<li>Maintain payroll records and employee updates, including pay changes, taxes, direct deposits, and deductions</li>
<li>Partner with our payroll provider to ensure payroll taxes, reporting, and deductions are processed accurately</li>
<li>Support compliance efforts, workers' compensation reporting, audits, and payroll system training for employees</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience processing payroll in a multi-state environment, with a strong understanding of payroll practices and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Comfortable working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel; Kronos experience is a plus</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for spotting issues before they become problems</li>
<li>Strong communicator who enjoys supporting employees and building relationships across teams</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment</li>
