<h2><strong>Overview:</strong></h2>
<p data-start="174" data-end="511">We’re looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented <strong data-start="228" data-end="242">Accounting Lead</strong> to own and scale our core accounting and financial operations. In this role, you’ll take full responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, while playing a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making.</p>
<p data-start="513" data-end="780">You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, optimize cash flow, and build scalable systems as the company grows. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who is sharp, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.</p>
<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Bookkeeping:</strong> Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance: </strong>Preparation and ownership of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements</li>
<li><strong>Collections</strong>: Assist in collections efforts to ensure timely payments from clients.</li>
<li><strong>Reporting & Analysis</strong>: Create financial reports and analyze data to support company growth.</li>
<li><strong>Spending Controls: </strong>Designing and maintaining internal controls</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li>
<li data-section-id="1mnq2xh" data-start="2372" data-end="2440">4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role</li>
<li data-section-id="t6ws1v" data-start="2441" data-end="2527">Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance</li>
<li data-section-id="uwpod5" data-start="2528" data-end="2606">Experience managing bookkeeping and owning financial statements end-to-end</li>
<li data-section-id="1y37umr" data-start="2607" data-end="2688">Proven ability to manage collections and communicate effectively with clients</li>
<li data-section-id="d9a7bg" data-start="2689" data-end="2757">Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and projections</li>
<li data-section-id="1ndpw5t" data-start="2758" data-end="2819">Attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
