​URGENT HIRING: GENERAL OPERATIVE

LOCATION: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

IMPORTANT: Weekend-free schedule! Stable Monday to Friday shifts.

We are looking for reliable General Operatives to join the production at a food processing facility.

PAY & HOURS:

Basic Rate: £12.87 per hour

Overtime Rate: £19.31 per hour (paid for hours worked over 40 per week)

Shifts: Monday to Friday

AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:30

PM Shift: 14:30 – 23:00

Weekends: Always OFF

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working on production lines (packing, grading, and processing)

Ensuring quality standards are met on the line

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Following food safety and health & safety protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliability and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Basic understanding of English (written and verbal)

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

Punctuality and commitment to the shift schedule
