We are looking for an energetic, experienced automotive sales professional with a proven track record to act in a Floor Manager capacity. In this role, you will be the go-to closer on the showroom floor, stepping in to assist Sales Associates with T.O.s (turnovers), finalize negotiations, and ensure our customers receive a world-class buying experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high closing ratio, and the ability to build immediate rapport with a diverse customer base. Act as a Floor Manager, taking T.O.s (turnovers) to assist Sales Associates in closing deals. Help meet and exceed dealership sales goals and maintain a high closing ratio. Provide exceptional, world-class customer service on a daily basis. Adhere to sales procedures from start to finish within customer interactions. Engage in business development and help mentor/train newer Sales Associates on the floor. Address customer concerns with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Follow safeguard rules and regulations. Maintain a positive, high-energy attitude. Qualifications include but are not limited to: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strictly required. Proven track record of success in automotive sales (Previous experience required; closing experience highly preferred). Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and active listening skills. Ability to seamlessly build rapport with both customers and your sales team. Organizational and time management skills. Valid Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report.
