This role is essential for maintaining the health of our customer accounts. The successful candidate will manage customer activity and debt communications. This is a remote-friendly, part-time position requiring high levels of autonomy and professional communication skills.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-4ae6802f-7fff-7af1-03eb-a1c732e870c2">🏟️ Our Location</strong></span></p><p><span>Our London office is at Bankside, with the commercial team located across the globe, as well as development teams in Poland and Ukraine.</span></p><p><span>Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-4ae6802f-7fff-7af1-03eb-a1c732e870c2"><br>🎯 Key responsibilities for the role</strong></span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-4ae6802f-7fff-7af1-03eb-a1c732e870c2">Customer Communication</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Conduct proactive customer contact to maintain relationship health and address account status.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and manage professional customer responses across communication channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee and execute necessary actions within the debt platform to streamline the accounts receivable process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead investigations into account discrepancies</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-4ae6802f-7fff-7af1-03eb-a1c732e870c2">Debt Reporting</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Communicate the debt position to relevant stakeholders, and ensure all debt dashboards have live information.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide regular case updates to account managers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in ad hoc meetings to discuss account statuses and reporting trends.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-4ae6802f-7fff-7af1-03eb-a1c732e870c2"><br>Who you are</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Communication</strong>: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial discussions professionally.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Problem Solving</strong>: A proactive approach to investigating queries and finding resolutions for customer account issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Languages</strong>: English and Spanish ( additional languages are a strength).</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Not ticking every box?
