The business designs and delivers bespoke HVAC systems for complex industrial and energy-related applications where performance, reliability and compliance are critical.</p> <p>Working closely with business development and engineering teams, this role focuses on reviewing technical enquiries, developing costed proposals and supporting the conversion of opportunities into secured projects.</p> <hr /> <h3>Role</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Review incoming enquiries, specifications and tender documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop technical and commercial proposals for bespoke HVAC systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Interpret client requirements and translate them into engineered solutions</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations and proposal documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the sales team during the bid and proposal process</p> </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Engineering background within <strong>HVAC, mechanical engineering or building services</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in <strong>proposals, estimating or applications engineering</strong> within an engineering or manufacturing environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to interpret <strong>technical drawings and tender specifications</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear technical documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Good commercial awareness and understanding of costing principles</p> </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>Package</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Salary £35,000-£55,000</p> </li> <li> <p>25 days holiday + bank holidays</p> </li> <li> <p>Opportunity to work on technically complex HVAC projects</p> </li> </ul> <p>WR HVAC | M&amp;E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
