<p>Role: Talent Acquisition Manager</p> <p>Location: Remote</p> <p><strong>Full Time </strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to our team.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and play a key role</p> <p style="text-align: center;">in evolving our talent strategy and employer brand.</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Impact: </strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, from intake through offer and onboarding</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes</li> <li>Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and time-to-fill goals</li> <li>Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels</li> <li>Lead intake conversations and provide ongoing guidance to hiring managers, including training on recruiting best practices</li> <li>Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the ATS while tracking and leveraging key recruiting metrics</li> <li>Support employer branding efforts, recruiting events, onboarding processes, and internal promotions</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Strengths:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (cannabis a plus)</li> <li>Experience managing high-volume recruiting in a multi-location organization</li> <li>Strong ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple searches at once</li> <li>Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels, including senior leadership</li> <li>Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Greenhouse or similar a plus)</li> <li>Knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws</li> <li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to operate with a high level of ownership</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE &amp; ACCOUNTABLE</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><br><br></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Why Join Us: </strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
