About the Role

<h1>About the Role:</h1> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.</li> <li>Implement and test new product features, ensuring they are intuitive, reliable, and performant.</li> <li>Lean towards a clean, minimal, and modern user experience and design.</li> <li>Conduct thorough product analysis, including user research, feedback analysis, and data-driven insights to inform product improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.</li> <li>Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to integrate product features seamlessly.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a product designer, building scalable and reliable web applications, preferably in a pre-Series B startup.</li> <li>BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, or related field</li> <li>Proficiency in industry-standard design &amp; Gen AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Figma, Lottie and other relevant software for graphic design, prototyping, and collaboration.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in graphic design is preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.</li> <li>Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation.</li> <li>Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Comprehensive healthcare and dental coverage for you</li> <li>401(k) plan&nbsp;</li> <li>Generous PTO: 13 accrued days, plus company shutdown December 24—January 1st</li> <li>Free lunch &amp; dinner in the office</li> <li>Developmental bonuses: support for professional development opportunities tied to cloud and related fields</li> <li>Generous equity</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Compensation</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$180,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$300,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
