About the Role
We’re looking for Product Development Engineer, to join our new global Windows Engineering Support Hub. If you’re curious, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in an international environment, this might be the perfect next step for you. In this role, you’ll support engineering and product development activities by bringing your technical mindset and making sure ideas turn into real solutions. You’ll work closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders across different countries, so if you like collaboration, you’ll feel right at home here! Meet your Team You’ll join a newly established Engineering team in Gniezno reporting directly to a Team Leader based locally. As the team is being built, you’ll have a real opportunity to influence ways of working, standards, and team practices from the ground up. Although the team is locally based, it operates in a global context, supporting the wider organization and contributing to solutions used across multiple countries. In terms of structure, two team members are responsible for maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation, while the other two focus on technical development and ongoing support. We work closely with our colleagues in Denmark, where most of the core development takes place, so you’ll gain real international exposure from day one. Your responsibilities Supporting engineers in daily tasks and technical problem-solving Helping maintain and improve development tools and systems Assisting with engineering changes and product updates Keeping documentation clear, accurate, and up to date Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams Supporting audits, compliance, and design reviews Looking for ways to improve processes and tools (your ideas matter!) Contributing to knowledge sharing and onboarding materials Participating In business trips occasionally What you will bring into the organization: Higher Degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, or a related field Around 1-2 years of experience in engineering support, development, or technical coordination role Proficiency in product development and engineering tools (example: SolidWorks and or Creo) Ability to explain technical topics in a simple way Experience working with different teams or stakeholders Experience with Windchill RV&S is a plus We are looking for individuals who bring a structured and analytical approach to their work, combined with curiosity and attention to detail.
