Pay: $5,371.20 weekly

Shifts: 39 hrs/week, 6am–7pm & 6pm–7am, 13hr D/N rotating shift schedules

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pediatrics CVICU for an exciting travel assignment in Rochester, NY. You will join a dynamic team at a 16-bed Pediatric Cardiac Care Center, focusing on critically ill pediatric congenital cardiac patients. This role involves working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment that requires advanced skills in managing complex cardiac cases.

Key Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics CVICU

• Manage patients with congenital heart disease, including those with complex anatomy and physiology
• Provide care to pre- and post-operative pediatric cardiac surgical patients
• Handle high-risk single ventricle physiology, open chest management, and arrhythmia management
• Support vasopressor, external and internal pacemakers, VA/VV ECMO, and CRRT
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in a critical care setting

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics CVICU

• 2 years of experience in Pediatric Cardiac ICU as an APP
• Knowledge of complex cardiac anatomy and physiology
• Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active New York State Registered Nurse license and Nurse Practitioner licensure in good standing
• Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• BLS from AHA
• PALS from ABA
