This is a new market for Holistic, and we are looking for a strong retail leader who is skilled at driving retail performance, developing strong teams, and delivering consistent &amp; high-quality customer experience to oversee the seven retail stores in this market.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Impact: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive consistent revenue growth through your General Manager across all 7 retail locations by aligning performance to clear KPIs and sales plans</li> <li>Build and develop high-performing teams, creating strong leadership at the store level</li> <li>Elevate the customer experience to increase loyalty, retention, and overall brand reputation</li> <li>Improve profitability by identifying opportunities in assortment, pricing, and inventory planning</li> <li>Ensure operational excellence across all locations, from merchandising to compliance</li> <li>Use data and market insights to guide decisions and optimize performance</li> <li>Strengthening cross-functional partnerships across retail, wholesale, cultivation, and vendor teams</li> <li>Hold teams accountable to company policies, standards, and performance expectations</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Strengths:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading multi-unit retail teams and driving sales performance</li> <li>Strong ability to coach and develop high performing teams</li> <li>Solid business acumen, with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&amp;L</li> <li>Experience with inventory planning, merchandising, and driving profitability</li> <li>Working knowledge of compliance and operating within regulated industries (cannabis experience a plus)</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and relate at all levels</li> <li>Strong commitment to a positive and welcoming work culture for all</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE &amp; ACCOUNTABLE</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS</strong></p> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>Why Join Us: </strong></p> <p>Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
