The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a successful 360 recruitment desk
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates
• Managing temporary and permanent recruitment vacancies
• Driving business development through sales calls, client meetings and account growth
• Achieving KPIs, revenue targets and personal performance goals
• Working closely with compliance and operations teams to deliver exceptional service

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Who We're Looking For

• Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers or Delivery Consultants from any sector
• Experience within recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
• Ambitious individuals looking to develop within a 360 recruitment and sales environment
• Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
• Commercially focused, proactive and target-driven professionals
• Full UK driving licence preferred
