<p>This company are a well-established National Super Distributor, serving mainly the Electrical Wholesale Market but also Merchant’s, Student Accommodation and Public Sector with it’s outstanding reputation for good service and excellent customer relations. </p>

<p><strong>What will the opportunity look like?</strong> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt">·</span><span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>The business is seeking an entry level candidate to join as a Graduate Field Sales Executive, working with new and existing clients across the West Midlands. </p>
<p><span style="font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt">·</span><span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span><span style="color: black">You will be managing a portfolio of accounts across a variety of sectors including electrical wholesale, student accommodation and councils. This is largely an account management role however with Stearn’s diverse product range you will have a huge scope to develop new business opportunities. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt">·</span><span style="font-size: 7pt"> </span>Alongside all the internal training you’ll do with the business, there is opportunity to be enrolled into a professional Level 4 Sales Training Apprenticeship delivered by well-respected sales training provider BMS Progress. </p>
<p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>A full UK driving license</li>
<li>Educated to degree level is desirable</li>
<li>Confidence! Someone that is a good communicator, perhaps due to a background in retail/hospitality or through a hobby such as sport </li>
<li>Resilience – sales isn’t easy! The up & down nature is suited to an individual that wants to be rewarded for succeeding in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Enthusiasm & growth mindset – This role is ideal for an entry level individual that is ambitious and wants to grasp every opportunity thrown their way </li>
