<strong>Assembly Operative Required – Newhouse Industrial Estate</strong><br><br>We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Newhouse Industrial Estate. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential for long-term work.<br><br><strong>Role:</strong><br>You will be assembling thermostats in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a high level of <strong>manual dexterity</strong>, attention to detail, and the flexibility to support production requirements.<br><br><strong>Location:</strong><br>Newhouse Industrial Estate, Motherwell, Holytown<br><br><strong>Shifts Available:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Days: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 4:45pm<br><br></li><ul><li>Nights: Monday to Thursday, 9:15pm – 7:00am<br><br></li><li>37 hours per week<br><br></li><li>Flexibility to work across both required</li></ul></ul><br><strong>Pay Rates:</strong><br><br><ul><li>£12.71 per hour for the first 6 weeks<br><br></li><ul><li>£13.40 per hour after 6 weeks<br><br></li><li><strong>Night shift allowance</strong> paid in addition to the hourly rate for employees working night shifts<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Good manual dexterity and attention to detail<br><br></li><ul><li>Flexible and reliable approach to work<br><br></li><li>Ability to work as part of a team<br><br></li><li>Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided<br><br></li></ul></ul>If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and a supportive working environment, we'd love to hear from you.
