Senior Negotiator, Abingdon / Wantage
If you’re already a solid negotiator and starting to feel like you’re carrying more than you’re paid for, this is the kind of move that actually fixes that.
This is a well-established, respected agency covering Abingdon and Wantage, steady stock, proper pipeline, and a team that knows what it’s doing. They’re not looking for a passenger, they want someone who can get stuck in, generate business, and push deals through without needing hand-holding.
You’ll be running deals end to end, from valuation support through to completion, with the autonomy to manage your pipeline properly. If you’re already valuing, great, you’ll have the space to do more of it. If not, you’ll be given the exposure to step into that side of the role and increase your earnings.
The basics are straightforward, around £25k basic with realistic OTE up to £45k, and that’s not smoke and mirrors. The stock is there, the brand carries weight locally, and the expectation is that you convert, not sit back and wait for Rightmove enquiries to do the work for you.
What matters here is attitude. You need to be commercially switched on, comfortable picking up the phone, confident in front of clients, and able to handle the pressure that comes with targets. If you’re someone who waits for instructions, this won’t suit you. If you back yourself to win business and close, you’ll do very well.
Location-wise, you’ll need to be within sensible reach of Abingdon or Wantage, this isn’t a remote role and never will be.
