<p>Are you an experienced <strong>Farm Animal Veterinary Surgeon</strong> looking for a supportive and progressive team in a stunning rural location? <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>You’ll join a well-established, <strong>RCVS-accredited practice</strong> with an excellent reputation across Gloucestershire. This is a dedicated <strong>farm-only team</strong> operating from a purpose-built hospital that also houses a small animal department, giving you access to a wider network and collaborative environment.</p>
<p>The role is ideal for a confident farm vet who enjoys <strong>routine dairy work</strong> alongside a varied caseload of <strong>beef, sheep, smallholder, gamebird, and export work</strong>. The practice radius is tight, ensuring less time on the road and more time on farm. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also have the opportunity to <strong>mentor junior colleagues</strong> and contribute to clinical discussions and farm health planning.</p>
<h3><strong>About You</strong></h3>

<p>MRCVS with proven experience in farm animal practice (unfortunately not suitable for new graduates)</p>
<li>
<p>Confident in dairy, beef, and sheep work</p>
<li>
<p>A supportive team player keen to collaborate and share knowledge</p>
<li>
<p>Full UK driving licence essential</p>
