Der Bereich „Foreign Trade, Export & Customs Control“ innerhalb der Organisation „Supply Chain Management“ ist zuständig für die unternehmensweite Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Außenhandel (z.B. Zoll, Exportkontrolle, INTRA-EU Handel). Dies geschieht extern durch Kontakt zu Dritten sowie intern durch die Erstellung von Richtlinien, Bereitstellung von Außenhandelsdaten und Beratung der Fachbereiche. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine kompetente und verantwortungsbewusste Fachkraft Zoll/Außenwirtschaft (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben: Export- und Importabwicklung Prüfung, Ergänzung und Durchführung von Zollanmeldungen Beantragung und Überwachung zollamtlicher Bewilligungen Erstellung interner Anweisungen bei Gesetzesänderungen Erstellen von Analysen und Dokumentationen zu aktuellen Außenwirtschafts- und Zoll-Themen Bearbeitung von Import-Avisos inkl. Klärung von Sendungsinhalten und Verzollungsanweisungen Anforderung und Prüfung von Lieferantenerklärungen, Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten Präferenzkalkulation und Nachverfolgung fehlender Ursprungsnachweise Erstellung und Abstimmung der INTRASTAT-Meldungen inkl. Differenzklärung Überwachung von Embargo-Vorschriften Anwendung und Kombination komplexer Rechtsvorschriften (EU, WTO, US-Recht etc.) Prüfung und Freigabe oder Ablehnung von Geschäftsvorfällen im Hinblick auf außenwirtschafts-rechtliche Compliance Erstellung gruppenweiter Anweisungen bei Bedarf Bearbeitung von Anfragen Ausstellung von Ursprungs- und Herstellererklärungen Beratung bei Sonderfällen (z.B. öffentliche Ausschreibungen, neue Geschäftsfelder) Ermittlung außenhandelsrelevanter Daten bei nicht standardisierten Exporten Pflege von Stammdaten Pflege und Aktualisierung von Außenhandelsstammdaten Ermittlung von Zolltarifnummern und Ursprungsangaben für verschiedene Länder Technische Analyse von Produkten zur korrekten Einreihung in Zoll- und Exportkontrollnomenklaturen Unsere Anforderungen: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Außenwirtschaft, Zoll oder Logistik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Zoll- und Exportbereich Fundierte Kenntnisse im EU-Zollrecht, Exportkontrollrecht sowie idealerweise im US-Recht Sicherer Umgang mit Zoll- und ERP-Systemen (z.B. ATLAS, SAP) Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientiere Arbeitsweise Why work for HEIDELBERG?
