<li>Manage the daily operations of the grow and processing facility, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting production standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Sales and Retail teams to stay informed on product needs and adjust production accordingly.</li>
<li>Monitor output and quality to help the team stay on track with production targets and budget expectations.</li>
<li>Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Organize production schedules, track inventory, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility</li>
</ul>
