About the Role

Voyagu is a San Francisco-based travel management company that connects premium travelers with travel experts for better and easier planning, booking, and managing of their trips.

Being part of a growing billion-dollar travel industry, we already have millions in revenue and a team of more than one hundred people with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City, and we keep expanding.

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the CMO and own CRM execution across key customer touchpoints. You will lead segmentation and content development, run experiments, and use performance insights to improve the effectiveness of our customer communications.

What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns and automated flows to improve activation, retention, and reactivation through Email and SMS channels.
  • Own content development: write, edit, or collaborate on copy and ensure consistency across communications.
  • Build and maintain audience segmentation and personalization to improve content relevance and campaign performance.
  • Run A/B tests and experimentation to improve messaging and conversion.
  • Monitor performance, report insights, and recommend optimizations in partnership with cross-functional teams.

What you bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing with a proven track record of driving activation and retention strategies in Western markets.
  • Experience with customer journeys and audience segmentation, and ability to use data to improve campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to own CRM content end-to-end: develop segment-based messaging, create engaging content and offers, and deliver communications that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau), with experience managing ESP integrations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and messaging effectiveness.
  • Background in industries such as travel, marketplaces, SaaS, or mobile applications is preferred.

Hiring Process

1. Interview with Recruiter (45 min)

We’ll talk about your background, relevant lifecycle/CRM experience, motivation, and what you’re looking for in your next role.

2. Interview with Digital Marketing Director (60 min)

A deeper dive into lifecycle marketing strategy and execution: technical skills, campaign management experience, and lifecycle strategy development.

3. Completion of a Test Assignment

A practical task to understand how you think and work. It will likely include a segmentation case, preparing tailored content recommendations for target audiences; we’ll share the exact scope, format, and expected time commitment in advance.

4. Final Interview with Marketing Director and CEO (60 min)

A high-level conversation about your approach to lifecycle marketing, examples of impact you’ve driven, and alignment with company goals and ways of working.
