About the Role

​Transport Coordinator / Administrator

Location: Portbury
£14.36 per hour
Monday to Friday | Full-time

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator / Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation based in Portbury. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and being at the centre of daily transport activity.

The Role
You will support the smooth running of transport operations, working closely with drivers, the warehouse team, and management to keep everything moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and maintaining system records

  • Dispatching drivers and carrying out driver debriefs

  • Liaising with the warehouse to coordinate daily operations

  • Producing reports for management

  • Supporting the wider transport team with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within transport or logistics is beneficial

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Confident communicator, able to liaise across teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good IT skills, including Excel
