About the Role
Check servers into and out of test rack, visually inspecting for damage; ensuring cabling is correct and notifying Repair/Production Techs of failures/errors.
1st, 2nd, & 3rd $19-$23.75/hr

Disassemble and/or reassemble units per work instructions.
Test units according to work instructions and process flows.
Inspect products for correct labeling.
Complete applicable paperwork accurately.
Accurately enter data into the QMS shop floor system.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
Utilize proper lifting and material movement techniques.
Actively work to improve processes.
Perform other duties as directed by management.
Skills and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
Computer literate (Windows, Internet).
Basic math and accurate counting skills.
Detail oriented.
Good organizational skills.
Team player.
Self-motivated and uses initiative.
Flexible to frequent change with little notice.
Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Legible handwriting.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Capable of repetitive, routine assignments and motion (hands/arms).
Good visual acuity; able to recognize product defects.
Must be able to work overtime.
