Real Estate Disputes Associate Global law firm with leading Real Estate practice has a new opportunity for a junior Real Estate Disputes Associate. The successful candidate will work with a Tier 1 ranked Real Estate team and as part of a stellar commercial disputes and arbitration practice. The highly varied and complex work will be high in value, profile and quality. Candidates must have 6m – 3 PQE in a prestigious Real Estate Litigation practice and exposure to matters such as landlord & tenant litigation relating to rent reviews, dilapidations, forfeitures and rights of light. This exciting role does require a technically excellent lawyer ; strong academics and a high calibre law firm background is essential.
