Year 3 Teacher

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Nuneaton to recruit a Year 3 Teacher. This is a full-time role with an October 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a welcoming lower KS2 team, supportive leadership and a strong commitment to providing an inspiring curriculum. Regular CPD and collaborative planning are embedded across the school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and creative Year 3 lessons
• Monitor pupil progress and attainment
• Differentiate learning effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Pre-requisites:

•  Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
•  Proven experience in Primary Education
•  A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
