Your team By joining our Czech team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a high-performance and enthusiastic software development team in a friendly and dynamic work environment. You will have the opportunity to get in contact with different NXP teams (system teams, hardware designers, customers engineers, etc.), give feedback, and propose solutions. Your responsibilities: Development of new algorithms for High performance Industrial Motor Control applications and Highly optimized Appliance/Consumer Motor Control applications. Motor Control Algorithm validation under real conditions (motor bench) Close collaboration with System Engineering team New Product introduction support Maintain our SW products under our CI/CD process Follow software development process and quality standards Your profile: Motor Control background and practical experience with FOC/6-step control for PMSM/BLDC motors Embedded programming experience in C (ASM is an advantage) General microcontroller architecture know-how Debugging skills for embedded targets and low-level software Measurement and debugging with instrumentation like oscilloscope, power meter, motor bench is an advantage Experience with HW design, schematic and layout design is an advantage Experience with SW development tools (Git, JIRA) is an advantage Experience with the software development processes and quality standards is an advantage A pragmatic person with own proactivity to solve the incoming issues, high independence level Willingness and ability to learn new trends Team player to keep excellent team spirit and information sharing Good command of English and communication skills What can you expect? 📝 Contract Type This role is offered as a full‑time position with a permanent contract, providing long‑term stability and room for growth. 📚 Development Opportunities We believe that growing our people is key to growing our business.
