Medicare Customer Service Representative Medicare Full-Time

A-Line Staffing is hiring for a Member Services Medicare Representative job in Akron, Ohio . This is a full-time customer service opportunity supporting members with questions related to Medicare, health insurance, benefits, billing, claims, eligibility, and authorizations .

Pay for the Member Services Medicare Representative Medicare

• $20/hour
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Benefits available after 90 days
• 401(k) available for eligible employees after 1 year of service

Schedule for Member Services Medicare Representative

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Initial training is on site in Akron, OH
• Opportunity to transition remote after training

Member Services Medicare Representative Medicare Responsibilities

• Answer member questions related to enrollment, benefits, eligibility, billing, claims, and authorizations
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service by phone and in writing
• Document member concerns and resolutions accurately in the system
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve member issues
• Protect confidential health and business information
• Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to support members effectively

Member Services Medicare Representative Medicare Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in:
• customer service
• call center support
• administrative support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Windows-based systems, headset/phone tools, and standard office equipment
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Strong attendance and reliability required

Preferred Qualifications for Member Services Medicare Representative Medicare

• Experience with Medicare
• Experience in health insurance customer service
• Background in health care support
• Familiarity with member services, claims, benefits, or eligibility questions
