About the Role
<p><span>You will join the team responsible for the development of Teta Unit4, one of the leading ERP/HR solutions on the Polish market. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional requirements, and managing the product backlog across HR & Payroll, Time & Attendance, Social Security (ZUS), and Tax modules. Working closely with developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and solution architects, you will have a direct impact on the product's roadmap, delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and ensure compliance with Polish labor law.</span></p><h3><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span>At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to translate business and legal requirements into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements for development teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience working with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Lean.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing a product backlog and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good knowledge of Polish labor law, particularly the Polish Labour Code.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex business problems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on delivering business value.</span></p></li><li><p><span>English proficiency at a minimum of B1/B2 level.</span></p></li></ul><h3><span><strong>Nice to have:</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span>Experience working with HR, Payroll, or ERP systems, particularly Unit4 Teta.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience analyzing legislative changes and translating them into system requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with enterprise ERP systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or SAFe).</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><span><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></span></h3><ul><li><p><span>Analyze business needs and end-user requirements within the areas of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Human Resources Management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Gather, document, and refine functional requirements for the development team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and functional documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and making functional decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and analyze changes in labor law, social security (ZUS), tax regulations, and other legal requirements affecting the functionality of the Teta system.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in feature acceptance and verify compliance with business requirements and applicable legal regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Unit4 business teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize product initiatives.</span></p></li></ul><p></p>
