About the Role

Do you have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics? You could be progressing your career as a Microsoft Dynamics Support Developer at a Non-Profit organisation that are helping to solve food poverty and wastage in the UK, via food collection from major supermarkets and retailers that can no longer be sold and distributing it to primary schools, food charities and community projects. As a Microsoft Dynamics Support Developer you will help the business to apply technology and IT systems to improve efficiency, all systems are based on the Microsoft suite encompassing Dynamics 365, PowerBI, Real Time Marketing and SharePoint. Initially you'll be focussed on supporting Dynamics solutions, including 1st line helpdesk through to troubleshooting system performance and bug fixing, before moving onto a more development focussed role. You'll liaise with stakeholders to understand and prioritise requirements, developing technical architecture, strategy and designing and developing Dynamics solutions tailored to meet the organisations needs, ensuring scalability and performance. This is a great opportunity to shape and grow with the organisation as well as contributing to arguably one of society's most urgent problems. Location / WFH: You can work from home most of the time, the Charity have five office sites across London, you could go to any of them but will only be required in once a week. About you: You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / D365 (Field Service, Sales Enterprise, Customer Insights, Marketing) You have experience with CRM suites (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) You have troubleshooting and customer support skills You have experience with data transfers, uploads and integrations You have strong written and verbal communications skills; you're adept at engaging stakeholders, gathering, analysing and documenting requirements You're keen to work for a Not for Profit / Charity, ideally with previous experience
