NPI AnalystSirius Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level NPI Engineer for a role in Whitsett, NC. 1st shift: Mon- Fri 6:30a-3:30pPay: $21 Job SummaryWe are seeking an NPI Analyst to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role works directly on the production floor to help transition new products into manufacturing, improve processes, and resolve quality issues using Lean Six Sigma tools.This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process optimization, and working cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through mass productionServe as a liaison between engineering and manufacturing operationsOptimize production processes through line balancing, efficiency analysis, and time & motion studiesPerform process and quality audits, including visual and physical inspections on production linesAnalyze samples and investigate manufacturing issues to determine root cause and corrective actionsLead and participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologiesApply quality tools such as PDCA, FMEA, 8D, and Fishbone (Ishikawa) for structured problem solvingDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, procedures, training materials, and layoutsSupport Bill of Materials (BOM) updates and engineering change documentation (ECO/ECN) using SAP or similar systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, consistency, and production efficiency QualificationsEducation: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience: 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality, or NPI-focused rolesLean / CI: Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt preferredQuality Tools: Working knowledge of PDCA, FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis techniquesTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with SAP and AutoCAD preferredWork Style: Strong attention to detail, hands-on manufacturing floor experience, and effective communication skills Sirius Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
