There is an active Neurodivergent Employees forum to provide connections and mutual peer support between colleagues. We are committed to inclusive governance and have launched an Autistic Advisory Panel. In addition, we have been developing a young people’s network and have a heartfelt commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and have a champions network. We would like to receive more applications from men and young people too because they are under-represented in our workforce.
