Your main responsibilities: Capturing, analyzing, and documenting complex business and IT processes related to Payments Platforms Designing innovative solutions and change interventions to improve payment operations Managing change activities, including stakeholder engagement, timeline planning, and communication strategies Devising and implementing training and communication programs for relevant teams Tracking project progress, managing status reporting, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards Providing expertise to solution delivery teams with deep business insights Supporting the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, working independently in an Agile environment Ensuring resources are effectively utilized and project objectives are achieved within deadlines You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Consultant, with a focus on payments Strong knowledge of Payments platforms and procedures Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (fluent) Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, architects, and project managers Business-oriented mindset with a technical background Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Demonstrated experience working independently across project phases It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Certifications in Business Analysis or Payments Experience with global disbursement processes or fintech solutions Language required for the role: Fluent English
