ServiceNow Solution Architect / Senior DeveloperNew

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Senior Developer to support a digital modernization program. In this hybrid role, you will lead the technical design, configuration, and limited custom development of ServiceNow solutions. Your responsibilities will include shaping platform architecture, integrating with Workday, and delivering core modules such as ITSM, Asset Management, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent. Key Responsibilities: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow architectures that align with project goals and state security guidelines. Lead configuration and implementation of ITSM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, and workflow automation features. Integrate Workday HR data with ServiceNow to support automated provisioning workflows, incorporating human review gates. Define and enforce development standards, governance policies, and reusable design patterns. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of architects, developers, and administrators to ensure solution consistency. Conduct pilot implementations and manage technical validation and quality assurance processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and CMDB design Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other ERP systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, particularly within the public sector Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, and IntegrationHub Knowledge of State of Maryland data governance and cybersecurity standards If you thrive on solving complex problems and building meaningful connections, we'd love to hear from you.
