What You'll Be Doing
- Develop scalable custom software solutions using Java or Python
- Integrate modern AI technologies (e.g. LangChain, A2A, ADK) into enterprise applications
- Containerize and deploy services with Docker & Kubernetes
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure the highest code quality
- Design, optimise, and maintain relational database structures
- Collaborate closely with an 8-person engineering team to implement customer-specific requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement & innovation initiatives across projects
- Work on modern, cloud-oriented architectures with high automation standards
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in software development of scalable applications
- Excellent skills in Java or Python
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Practical experience with AI technologies (e.g. LangChain, A2A, ADK)
- Strong proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Solid understanding of relational database systems
- High learning agility, strong motivation, and team-oriented mindset
- German C1_
